- For experience bookings, the service is provided on the date and time selected at booking, and digital deliverables are provided according to the schedule shown on each experience page. For membership access starts right after confirmation of payment.

- Refund policy
- For experience bookings, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the service date. Membership plans are not eligible for refunds. Check out our refund policy here.
