When to go

Spring emerges as the premier season to visit Jindai Botanical Gardens, particularly from late April through May when the renowned rose garden reaches peak bloom with over 400 varieties filling the air with fragrance. Autumn offers a second rose festival from mid-October to early November, while year-round attractions include the climate-controlled greenhouse showcasing tropical plants, seasonal displays of chrysanthemums, dahlias, and hydrangeas that ensure visual interest across all four seasons. Weekday mornings between opening and noon provide the most peaceful experience with significantly fewer visitors, allowing ample time to photograph flowers and explore the extensive grounds at a leisurely pace.
